4-9-12: PENALTY:
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, subject to penalty as provided in title 1, chapter 4 of this code. Each day such violation is committed, or permitted to continue, shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder. (2003 Code § 5-08-12; amd. 2012 Code)
