6-8-7: DEFINITIONS:
For purposes of this section:
   FIRST RESPONDER: An employee or other designated person on duty at a police station, fire station, hospital or other medical facility.
   MEDICAL SERVICES PROVIDER: A person authorized to practice the healing arts including a physician's assistant, nurse practitioner, registered or practical nurse, or a nurse aide, and such other persons as allowed in Idaho Code 39-8202.
