4-9-6: STANDARDS FOR ISSUANCE:
The licensing officer shall approve the issuance of a license provided for in this chapter whenever he shall find that the applicant has complied with the provisions of this chapter and is otherwise qualified. A provisional license may be issued pending completion of the required investigation. (2003 Code § 5-08-06)
