A. Application Made To Licensing Officer: An application for a license, whether for private patrol or security service or system or private patrol agent, shall be made to the licensing officer. Applications for such licenses may be made by mail.
B. Payment Of Application Fee: At the time of filing an application, an application fee shall be paid to the city clerk pursuant to fee schedule. (2003 Code § 5-08-03)
