A. Fees Established: The annual license fees, in such amounts as established by resolution of the city council, must be paid to the city at the time the license application is submitted. (2003 Code § 5-10-11; amd. 2012 Code)
B. Renewals: The request for renewal of licenses must be made on forms supplied by the city clerk and such requests must be submitted by December 1 for renewal for the next calendar year. Each renewal application must be accompanied by the annual fee set forth in subsection A of this section.
C. Proration Of Fee: Where an application for a new license is made after January 1, the applicable fee shall be apportioned in accordance with the number of days remaining in the calendar year. (2003 Code § 5-10-11)
