2-4-1: APPOINTMENT:

The Mayor, with the consent of council, shall appoint a Planning and Zoning Commission of not less than five (5) nor more than seven (7) members. The Planning and Zoning Commission shall be governed by the provisions set forth in Blackfoot City Code 11-2-3. (Ord. 2219, 1-4-2022)
