7-1-8: CLEANING OF SIDEWALK, GUTTER:
It shall be unlawful for any person to omit or refuse to clean off the sidewalk and gutter in front of the premises of such person or the alley in the rear of such premises, when notified to do so by the officers of the city. (1993 Code § 22-9)
