§ 30.01  REGULAR MEETINGS; TIMES.
   (A)   The regular meetings of the Board of Trustees shall be held at such public place within the corporate limits of the town as may be decided upon by the President of the Board of Trustees.
   (B)   The regular meetings of the Board of Trustees shall be held on the second Monday of each month, unless such day falls on a legal holiday, in which event the regular meeting shall be held on the following day.
