§ 151.01  PUBLIC FALLOUT SHELTERS; LIABILITY.
   No building owner, lease-holder, or building manager in the town shall be liable for personal injury suits, or claims for damages, resulting from injury or harm befalling any individual while such person may be entering, occupying, or leaving the building, having sought shelter in such building from nuclear fallout. The word OCCUPYING shall mean the use of basement, corridors, or any floor of such building.
