§ 150.17 STREET TREE SPECIES.

   The following list constitutes the official street tree species for the town. No species other than those included in this list may be planted as street trees without written permission of the town. Spacing shall ensure that city equipment is able to go down the street.

   (A)   Small trees:

      (1)   Sand cherry;

      (2)   Buffaloberry;

      (3)   Cotoneaster;

      (4)   Lilac;

      (5)   Amur maple;

      (6)   Apricot;

      (7)   Chokecherry;

      (8)   Crabapple; and/or

      (9)   Plum.

   (B)   Medium trees:

      (1)   Honeylocust;

      (2)   E.R. cedar ash;

      (3)   Hackberry;

      (4)   Russian olive;

      (5)   Nanking cherry; and/or

      (6)   Elm.

   (C)   Large trees:

      (1)   Poplar;

      (2)   Cottonwood (seedless);

      (3)   Boxelder;

      (4)   Ponderosa pine; and/or

      (5)   Willow.
