§ 150.01  OBSTRUCTIONS; MAINTENANCE; CLEANLINESS.
   (A)   No person, firm, or corporation shall drop any awning of any material, nor in any manner suffer any such awning, to be hung or suspended nearer than seven feet from the surface of the sidewalk.
   (B)   No person, firm, or corporation shall place or maintain any eaves spout or pipe from the eaves of any building in such manner that the water therefrom shall be discharged upon or over any sidewalk.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person to hinder or obstruct the Overseer of Highways, or any employee of said town, when such officer or employee is lawfully engaged in improving or repairing any street, alley, sidewalk, or public ground within said town.
   (D)   The owner or occupant of any premises in the town abutting upon any public sidewalk shall, within 24 hours after any fall of snow, remove such snow from that portion of such sidewalk as adjoins his or her premises so occupied or owned.
   (E)   It shall be unlawful for any person to ride any bicycle, tricycle, or velocipede upon any sidewalk within said town.
   (F)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation owning or having in charge any horse, mule, sheep, swine, or other like animal to allow or permit any such animal or animals to run at large within said town. It shall be the duty of law enforcement to take up and impound any and all such animals found running at large.
   (G)   It shall be the duty of every person, firm, or corporation owning or occupying any lot, or parcel of ground, within the corporate limits, abutting upon any street or alley, to keep the sidewalk thereon, and such street and alley, free from all filth, unwholesome substances, manure, paper, straw, or rubbish of any kind, and in case any such owner or occupant fails to remove the same after 24 hours’ notice given to him or her, or shall be guilty of violating this subchapter, and the Board of Trustees are authorized to cause any such materials or rubbish to be removed, and an action may be commenced in the name of the town to recover, from such owner or occupant, the cost and expense of removing the same.
