Any person who shall unlawfully, maliciously, or wantonly mar, injure, deface, destroy, or remove any fence, gate, sidewalk, sign, signpost, signboard, awning, lamp post, house, or building, or other property of another, within the limits of the town shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined as set by resolution.
