All junk, used motor vehicle parts, used motor vehicles incapable of being operated, old iron, unusable farm machinery, and other unsightly materials kept within the limits of the town must be stored in a building, or on a tract of land surrounded by a substantial opaque fence at least six feet high.

(A) Ten cents per square foot, as determined by the County Director of Equalization, shall be paid annually to lease the ground on which privately-owned hangars are erected, plus rates as set by resolution, where applicable.
(B) A nightly rental fee for hangar use, when a hangar is available, shall be established at $5.
(C) An annual fee of $500 shall be established for pilots to lease a hangar owned by the town.

(A) Any person violating any provisions of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is prescribed, shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person violating the provisions of § 110.01 by so keeping such articles in a manner other than herein provided, or allowing such articles to be so kept or stored on lots owned or controlled by him or her shall, upon conviction, be fined in an amount not to exceed $100, and sentenced to not more than 30 days in the town jail, and each day that such articles are stored in violation of this section shall constitute a separate offense.
