(A) The town park allows campers to use the facilities at the town park on a first-come, first-served basis (without prior reservations).
(B) Campers may remain in the town park for a maximum of three days, unless otherwise approved.
(C) The town park is available for camping from May 1 through September 30 of each year.
(D) Self-contained campers may be used in the park during other months of the year without the benefit of water and other campground facilities.
(E) The Town Board has set the following camping rate for the town park as set by resolution.
