§ 92.02  CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS.
   Every chimney, smokestack, fireplace, stove, stovepipe, oven, boiler, or other apparatus constructed or used in or about any building, within the corporate limits, in any manner as to be unsafe and liable to cause or promote fire, or liable to set such building or adjoining buildings on fire thereby or therefrom, is hereby declared to be a nuisance, and shall be abated, and the person responsible for the maintenance thereof shall be liable for the penalties described in this code of ordinances.
