§ 92.01  STRAW, HAY PILES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to keep, or allow upon his or her premises, within the corporate limits, any stack or pile of hay or straw unless the same be in a building or suitably protected by fire guards, provided that no hay or straw shall be stacked, piled, or stored within one block of any business building.
