§ 90.07  ABATEMENT OF NUISANCES; TOWN BOARD OF TRUSTEES.
   (A)   In the event that the occupant, person in charge, or owner of any lot or parcel of land shall fail, refuse, or neglect to abate any nuisance created, permitted, or maintained by him or her following service of a written notice to do so, the Town Board of Trustees shall cause such nuisance to be abated in a reasonable and prudent manner, and may for such purpose enter upon any such lot or parcel of land.
   (B)   The cost of abatement may be charged against the owner of the personal property abated, or the owner of the real estate upon which the nuisance was located.
