§ 90.04  NUISANCES PROHIBITED.
   No person, firm, or corporation owning, leasing, occupying, or having charge or possession of any premises shall create, commit, maintain, or permit to be created, committed, or maintained any nuisance as defined in § 90.03 within the corporate limits of the town.
