All cars and trucks in the town using parking privileges in Main Street shall be parked against the curb on either side of Main Street in said town. Any person violating the provisions of this schedule shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and for the first offense shall be punished by a fine adhering to local or state law, and for each succeeding offense shall be punished by a fine adhering to local or state law.
