§ 70.27  ALLEY OR PRIVATE DRIVEWAY.
   The operator of a vehicle emerging from an alley, driveway, or building shall stop such vehicle immediately prior to driving onto a sidewalk, or onto the sidewalk area extending across any alleyway.
