§ 70.24  DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or operate, or attempt to drive or operate, any motor vehicle upon any of the public streets, alleys, or public grounds of the town while such person is in an intoxicated condition, or while under the influence of liquor, or any exhilarating or stupefying drug.
