For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
MOTOR VEHICLE. Every vehicle, as herein defined, which is self-propelled.
VEHICLE. Every device in, upon, or by which any person or property is or may be transported or drawn upon a public highway, except devices moved by human power.
