§ 52.02  COLLECTION OF CHARGES AND FEES.
   (A)   Collection of such charges shall be made each month by the Finance Officer of the town at the same time that water charges are collected. If any user of sewer facilities fails to pay his or her sewer charges on or before the fifteenth day of the month following the month in which it is due, the town shall have the power to shut off the water supply of such user until the sewer charges are paid in full, and the town may collect any back sewer charges by civil suit.
   (B)   Any and all fees and charges collected under this chapter shall be turned over to the Finance Officer once each month, and shall be kept in a separate fund to be known as the Sewer Depreciation Fund, and such funds shall be used only for the purpose of paying the cost of new construction or for emergency situations
