§ 52.01  CHARGES AND RENTALS.
   There is hereby established the following charges and rentals for the use of the system of sewerage heretofore installed by the town, which charges are hereby declared to be equitable and in proportion to the service rendered, and which shall be charged against each individual sewer connection in the town each month shall be set, from time to time, by the Town Board.
