§ 51.01  APPLICATION.
   Applications for water service shall be made by the owner or agent of the property, in writing or personal appearance at a Town Board meeting, to the Board of Trustees stating the lot and block where such water is desired. If such application is approved, no tap shall be made in the mains until permission has been granted.
