§ 30.16  RULES GOVERNING MEETINGS.
   (A)   The President of the Board of Trustees shall preside at all meetings unless he or she shall be absent, in which event a Vice Chairperson shall be elected.
   (B)   The Finance Officer shall attend all meeting of the Board of Trustees. He or she shall make and keep a full and complete record of all the proceedings of said Board in a minute book, which shall be furnished to him or her by said town. When the Board shall adopt any by-law, ordinance, or resolution the Clerk shall record the same in a book of ordinances to be furnished to him or her by said town. He or she shall perform such other duties as may be imposed upon him or her by by-law, ordinance, or resolution, or which may be by statute required.
   (C)   After calling any special or regular meeting to order, Robert’s Rules of Order shall be observed.
