§ 91.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any violation of any provision of §§ 91.01 through 91.09 shall constitute a municipal civil infraction and shall be handled through the process outlined in Chapter 35.
