If any charges for sewage disposal services are not paid on or before the due date, then a penalty of 10% shall be added thereto and commencing 90 days after the due date, the charges for sewage disposal services shall draw interest at the rate of 6% per annum. In the event that the charges for any services furnished to any premises or the installments shall not be paid within 120 days after the due date, than all furnished by the sewage disposal system may be discontinued. Service so discontinued shall not be restored until all sums then due and owing, including penalties and interest, shall be paid, plus a shut-off charge of $25 and a turn on charge of $25 respectively.
