The cost of the water improvements has been estimated by the engineers to be $173,000, including the payment of incidental expenses as specified in § 51.27, which estimate of cost is hereby approved and confirmed, and the period of usefulness of the public improvements is estimated to be not less than 40 years. The public improvements will be financed in part by the revenue bonds issued pursuant to this subchapter, and the balance of the cost will be provided from the proceeds of sale of Village General Obligation Bonds in the amount of $73,000.
