§ 30.40 APPEALS.
   A person that is aggrieved by a decision requiring the escrow or payment of monies under §§ 30.35 through 30.40 may appeal the requirement to the Village Council, provided such appeal is filed in writing with the Village Clerk with in 21 days of the decision.
