If a person does not have adequate funds to pay for the village review, the payment may be waived by the Village Council. To request such relief, the person shall file and affidavit with the Village Clerk, confirming the claimed lack of funds and disclosing any future funds availability and real or personal property available to secure payment of all or part of the funds. In response to such an affidavit, the Village Council may defer rather than waive payment.
