§ 30.15 POWER TO LEVY SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS.
   The Council shall have the power to determine that the whole or any part of the cost of the acquisition, construction or replacement of any improvements or the cost of the provision of any public service within the village shall be defrayed by a special assessment upon the property especially benefitted.
