Any person appointed to any board or commission in the village shall accept the position with intent to participate fully. Each appointee shall be required to attend a minimum of 75% of the regularly scheduled and special meetings during each calendar year of the term of the appointment. Failure to maintain the attendance rate may be the basis for removal of the appointee.
