§ 30.01 AUTHORIZATION TO REQUIRE INDEMNIFICATION.
   In connection with the provision of any outside service to the village and in connection with the establishment of any contract or other relationship between a contractor or vendor and the village, the Village President shall be authorized to require the indemnification of the village and its officers, officials and employees. The specific terms of the indemnification agreement shall be reasonable and shall be prepared consistent with the facts, circumstances and risks of each service and exposure. The Village President shall have authority to finalize such terms, with the advice and assistance of the Village Attorney. The Village Council may direct that an indemnification agreement be prepared in connection with any particular circumstance.
