All swimming pools shall be completely enclosed by a wall or fence of not less than four feet in height. Any wall shall be of wood, brick or masonry and any fence shall be of wrought iron or aluminum; all openings in any such wall or fence shall be equipped with gates which can be securely locked. All such swimming pools, including any pool decking shall comply with side and rear yard setback requirements as stipulated in
the village zoning code.
