It shall be unlawful for any person to flourish, fire, discharge, shoot, propel or use a rifle, air gun, pellet gun, shotgun or other such projectile weapon within the limits of the village unless specifically authorized or licensed to do so by the Village Council, and the discharge or use of any of the articles described in this section for the purpose of hunting birds, animals or game of any kind shall, if such act is performed within the limits of the village, constitute a violation of this code.
