No use which generates business traffic, such as the treatment of patients or the reception and servicing of customers or clients, shall be permitted during the hours between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. in the Professional Services Zone District. This shall not prohibit the use of an office or laboratory by individuals during these hours.
