§ 130.03 PUBLIC PEACE DISTURBANCE.

It shall be unlawful for any person to act in a violent, boisterous, turbulent, quarrelsome, indecent or disorderly manner, to use profane, obscene or vulgar language, to commit any act or to do anything to disturb the good order, peace and dignity of the village, its inhabitants or other persons.
