If the Cablecasting Board determines that a franchisee has violated this subchapter, the Board may order appropriate rebates to subscribers as provided in § 113.179 and/or assess liquidated damages against a franchisee as provided in § 113.180. In addition, the village may pursue any additional or other legal or equitable remedies available to it under the franchise agreement or any applicable law.
