§ 113.178 DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION ON FRANCHISEE’S COSTS.
   If a franchisee, in any communication to the general public, to the village, to subscribers or to the Cablecasting Board, justifies a price increase or reduction in service on the basis of increased costs to which the franchisee has been subjected, a franchisee, on written request of the Board, shall promptly furnish the Board with the underlying information on which such claim of increased costs is based in such form as the Board may request. The information furnished to the Board pursuant to this section shall be deemed to be a report under § 113.132 and hence subject to the provisions of § 113.132.
