§ 110.04 PERSONS UNDER 21 YEARS.
   No person under the age of 21 years shall purchase or knowingly possess, transport or have under his or her control in any motor vehicle without the presence of a person over the age of 21 years any alcoholic liquor unless the person is employed by a licensee under the Michigan Liquor Control Act, Public Act 58 of 1998 (Extra Session), being M.C.L.A. §§ 436.1101 et seq. and is possessing, transporting or having such liquor in a motor vehicle under his or her control during regular working hours and in the course of his or her employment.
