(A) No person shall furnish any false information or make any false representation to any law enforcement officer or to any person engaged in selling, furnishing, giving or delivering alcoholic liquor for the purpose of purchasing or obtaining or offering or attempting to purchase or obtain any alcoholic liquor for any person, including himself, under the age of 21 years.
(B) No person shall furnish any documentary evidence to any person under 21 years of age to be used by any such person for the purpose of obtaining or purchasing or offering or attempting to purchase or obtain alcoholic liquor.
