Violations of this subchapter shall be municipal civil infractions related to the use or occupancy of land, with violations punishable by a civil fine of up to $500, plus costs, all of which shall be established and enforceable as provided in Public Act 12 of 1994, being M.C.L.A. §§ 600.8701 et seq., as amended.
