This subchapter and the prohibition in § 96.046 applies to all of the following persons:
(A) All persons directly involved in the action that places the unlawful deposit;
(B) The operator of any vehicle or motor vehicle that is used to place the unlawful deposit;
(C) The registered owner or lessee of any vehicle or motor vehicle that is used to place the unlawful deposit;
(D) The owners of the private property from which the unlawful deposit was made;
(E) The employer of any person that places the unlawful deposit during the course of that employment.
