Where culverts have not presently been provided for access to improved property or where culverts have been improperly installed adjacent to improved property, such corrections to comply with this chapter can be requested by the Street Administrator if it is necessary to proper road maintenance and/or control of drainage. On notice of correction requirements, the property owner and/or owner’s agent shall be given 90 days to comply with the correction notice. After 90-days' lapse, the owner will be subject to penalty for violation of this code.
