It shall be unlawful for any person to leave in a place accessible to children, any abandoned, unattended or discarded icebox, refrigerator or any other container of any kind or size sufficient to permit the entrapment or suffocation of child therein, without first removing the snap-lock or other locking device from the lid or cover thereof.
