The following article, sections and subsections of the Fire Prevention Code are amended or deleted as set forth and additional sections and subsections are added as indicated. Subsequent section numbers used in this chapter shall refer to the like-numbered sections of the Fire Prevention Code.
ARTICLE I
ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT
F-100.7. Title.
These regulations as set forth herein shall be known as the Fire Prevention Code of the Village of Bingham Farms, Michigan, and is hereinafter referred to as such or as “this Code.”
