Reference in the BOCA Fire Prevention Code to “Municipality” shall mean the Village of Bingham Farms; references to “Corporation Counsel” shall mean the Bingham Farms Village Attorney; references to “Chief of the Fire Department” shall mean the Chief Operations Officer of the Franklin Volunteer Fire Department, Inc.; and references to “local ordinances” shall mean the Ordinance Code of the Village of Bingham Farms.
