§ 90.03 EMERGENCY CONDITIONS.
   No provision of this section shall be construed to make illegal any course of conduct by a pilot or other person, either on the ground or in the air, which is calculated to meet emergency conditions and best cope with an imminent danger that threatens life or property, either on the ground or in the air.
