§ 116.26 APPEAL FROM DENIAL.
   Any person denied a license required by this chapter by the Administrator or his or her designee may appeal to the Village Council in writing, stating reasons why the license should be granted. The Village Council may grant or deny the license after a public hearing, and such decision shall be final. The Village Council may elect on its own motion to review any determination of the Administrator granting or denying a license.
